Overview:

The upper roller can move vertically or horizontally.

The main structure

The main structure of the equipment is composed of the upper roller device, the lower roller and the horizontal moving device, the supporting roller device, the main transmission device, the overturned device, the left and right side frame and the chassis.

1. Upper roller device

The upper roller device is mainly composed of the main oil cylinder, the upper roller bearing seat, the upper roller, the double-row self-aligning bearing, etc.

The two main oil cylinders provide the pressure needed for coiling plates. The working pressure of the main oil cylinder is 19.5MPa.

The upper roller is in the shape of a drum. In design, the maximum load coefficient of 0.7 is applied to the upper roller to compensate the deformation and deflection.

The upper roller is made of 42CrMo and treated with HB260~300.

2. Lower roller and horizontal moving device

The lower roll device consists of the lower roll, the lower roll bearing seat, the lower roll input gear, the lower roll sliding bearing, etc.

The horizontal moving device is powered by the horizontal moving motor, which drives the horizontal movement of the upper roller through the worm gear and worm box, worm gear and leading screw and screw nuts mechanism to realize the asymmetric winding of the plate.

The main drive of the lower roller provides power, through which the output gear of the main drive, the input gear of the lower roller, and the torque of the open drive is transferred to the lower roller.

The horizontal moving device is composed of a horizontal moving motor, a worm gear box, worm gear and worm gear, etc.

The material of the lower roller is 42CrMo, and it is treated with HB260~300.

3. Roller device

The roller device is composed of a mother screw mechanism, a wedge mechanism and a roller.

The roller can be adjusted up and down according to the load size of the coil plate specifications.

4. Main transmission device

The main transmission device is composed of main motor, triangular belt, cylindrical gear reduction box, electro-hydraulic push rod brake, etc.

The main drive can turn forward and reverse to provide power for the rolling of plate.

5. Overturning device

The tipping device is composed of a sliding pillow and a tipping oil cylinder.

The tipping over of the tipping device makes it possible to remove the product.

6. Fixed and overturned side frame and chassis

The fixed and overturned side frame and chassis are welded by steel plate, and stress removal is processed after welding.

The hydraulic system

The hydraulic system is composed of gear pump, valve set, auxiliary pipe fittings, etc. Hydraulic valve selection of oil-research superposition valve series, simple pipeline layout, convenient maintenance and debugging.

The system is composed of three circuits, the pressure regulating circuit, the synchronous circuit and the speed circuit.

The pressure regulating circuit adjusts the working pressure of the system through the main relief valve. The working pressure of the system is 19.5MPa.

Synchronous loop through the shunt throttle valve of the upper roller up and down the coarse step shunt synchronization, throttle valve for up and down regulation; Displacement sensor detection, the upper roller synchronous positioning accuracy ±0.15mm.

The speed loop controls the overturning and reset of the overturned side machine, and adjusts the throttling speed of the loop through the throttle valve.

Electric control system

The electronic control system of the equipment is composed of the electronic control cabinet, the operation console and the hand-held button box. Power supply 380V/50Hz.Main switch has short circuit protection and main motor overload protection function. The positive and negative rotation of the motor is controlled by the AC contactor. Control circuit control using PLC programmable controller system, less relays, reliable action, long life. The control cabinet is equipped with all control buttons and indicator lights in the process of finishing the product rolling to control the operation and working state of the machine.

The main advantages of the equipment

1.  Extraordinary precision of products

(1) The drum upper roller is used. The preset amount of the drum upper roller is generally 70% of the uniform distribution load of the roller. The lower roller of the smaller diameter, the lower part of the lower roller is supported by the upper and lower adjustable roller. According to the load of coiled products, adjust the lower roller of the lower roller, greatly improve the straightness of products. (as shown below)

The roller at the lower part of the lower roller is adjusted upward for the thick plate.

Product shape — “pocket mouth” T value is small, high straightness products.
